Preorder Confirmation Emails and Shipping FAQ

Edit 2: The emails are sent to your paypal email address that you ordered from. If you didn't receive one, note us with your paypal email.

Edit: All the emails should be out, sorry if I spammed everyone with like 10 emails;; I tried several times and Gmail could not send... Please check your junk/spam too.

Hello, all!

This is the journal that many of you have anticipated - the confirmation emails for preorders are already sent out. If you have preordered, please check your email and read thoroughly and follow the instructions to avoid any mistakes. If you preordered but haven't received any email, please note the group (not individual admins) with your order info.

If everything is correct, there is no need to reply or do anything. We will notify via journals when the books are sent out.
The feature journal will be up shortly.

Please check if you have purchased a package with features before you request to add your dA name.

$5 : No book, no limited edition extras, FEATURES ONLY
$15/20 : No book, 2 bookmarks 1 postcard, features
$25/30 : No book, 4 bookmarks 2 postcards 1 poster, features

Here are some of the most asked questions regarding shipping:

Q: Can I still change my shipping address?
A: Yes, you can.

Q: I forgot to put my name/website/for the feature.
A: Please email us at eriscord@gmail.com ASAP with the feature information. The feature is basically your name and website to be listed in the book and in a blog on dA later. You do not have to have a website to feature, you can feature a different person. Not notifying us means that you agree to be anonymous.

Q: How is the book packaged?
A: The book will be put in a padded envelope.

Q: How will you ship it?
A: We will ship via airmail.

Q: How long does it take for the book to get to me?
A: On average, it will take 2-4 weeks. We will post more details when the books are printed.

Q: Will there be a tracking number/insurance?
A: At the moment, it doesn't seem likely. We will post more details when the books are printed.

Q: I have made a mistake with the order, what can I do?
A: Send us a note with your problem and we'll see what we can do.

Q: I don't want the book anymore, can I get a refund?
A: As of now, yes you can. Simply send us a note or email with your payment info and we will refund you. However, no refunds will be given once the book is sent out.

Q: Will the artists be able to sign their own art?
A: Sorry, it is impossible for the any of the artists to their own art unless you are picking up at Anime Expo.

Q: Can I pick which limited edition items I get?
A: Sorry you cannot pick which ones you will receive. It will be given randomly, but we assure you that you won't get duplicates.

Q: What are the sizes of the limited edition items?
A: The projected sizes are: Bookmarks 2 x 6 in, Postcards 4 x 6 in, and Prints 11 x 17 in. We will do our best to minimize folding.
